How booking works
Every event is unique, and your entertainment should be, too.
From an intimate private gathering to a wedding, corporate event, or lively night out, every occasion has its own atmosphere, audience, and vision. That’s why I take a personalized approach to every booking rather than offering a one-size-fits-all price.
Simply share your event date, location, type of event, and the approximate amount of time you’d like me to perform. I’ll review the details and typically get back to you with a personalized quote the same day.

What Goes Into Your Quote?
- The length of the performance. Whether you’re looking for live saxophone during cocktail hour, music for a special dinner, or entertainment throughout the evening, the length and scope of the performance help determine the quote.
- The day and time. A weekday afternoon and a Saturday evening during peak season are two very different bookings, and pricing reflects that.
- The setting. A private residence, an intimate dining room, and a clubhouse or event venue can each call for a different setup and approach.
- The date. Holidays and high-demand dates are quoted individually. In Southwest Florida, December through April is peak season, so popular dates tend to book early.
- The number of events. Planning multiple member events, a series of private gatherings, or an entire season of entertainment? Ongoing bookings can be priced differently than a single event.

Weekday events and dates outside peak season may offer more flexibility than a Saturday evening during the height of season. If you have a date in mind, reach out. I’m always happy to discuss the details, explore the possibilities, and find an arrangement that works for your event.
Corporate, clubs and community events
Corporate events, country clubs, senior living communities and fundraisers are quoted individually. Every one of these is different — the room, the length of the night, whether there is anything on mic, whether I am the whole evening or working alongside a DJ or band you have already booked. A package price picked off a list would be wrong more often than it was right.

How it works
- Tell me about it — date, venue, roughly how long
- I check the date and send you a quote
- A 50% deposit holds it; the balance isn’t due until 30 days before
I don’t hold dates. It wouldn’t be fair to whoever asks next. The date is yours once the agreement is signed and the deposit is in, and open to anyone until then.
Multi-date and recurring bookings — priced differently, ask me
A season of member nights or a run of events is quoted separately from a one-off. Call or text 239-241-7535.
Included at every level
- Live saxophone, live vocals, DJ and MC
- Sound and PA system sized to the room
- Wireless microphones for toasts and announcements
- Consultation before the day, so the running order is agreed in advance
- Travel anywhere in Lee or Collier County
- Liability insurance, with a certificate provided on request
- One event per day — your date is not shared
Destination events
Destination weddings and private events in New England are still available, with travel included in the quote. These are arranged directly rather than booked online — call or text 239-241-7535.
Holidays are quoted separately and book early.
Common questions
Why isn't there a price list?
The factors above move the number too much for a fixed list to be useful. Send me your date and the details and you’ll have a real quote, usually the same day.
Are weekday dates cheaper?
Usually. Saturdays in season go first and hold their price. Weekdays and off-season dates are often available later and priced lower.
What if my budget is tight?
Tell me anyway. What I can do depends on the date — a Saturday in high season is a different conversation from a Thursday three weeks out. If the date is open, I’d usually rather play than not.
What happens after I ask?
You get a real number for your own date, usually the same day. If you’d rather talk it through first, call or text 239-241-7535. No sales call either way.
