Contact & booking information. When you submit an inquiry through our website contact form, instant quote, WeddingWire, or The Knot, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, wedding or event date, venue, guest count, and any details you share about your event.
Payment information. If you pay a deposit or balance through our online booking and payment tools, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or banking details on our own systems – that information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This is aggregate, anonymized usage data, not personally identifying on its own.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- WeddingPro / The Knot / WeddingWire – inquiries submitted through our storefronts on these platforms are also subject to their own privacy policies
