These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern bookings and services provided by MattyB Entertainment (“we,” “us,” “our”) to clients (“you,” “client”) for live saxophone, vocal, and DJ entertainment at weddings and private events. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services
MattyB Entertainment provides live saxophone, vocal, and/or DJ entertainment for weddings and private events, as described in the package selected at booking. Specific inclusions (hours, equipment, service scope) are outlined in your individual booking confirmation.
Booking & Deposits
A signed booking confirmation and non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price are required to reserve your date. Your date is not held until both are received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits and payments are processed securely through Stripe via our online scheduling system.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event forfeit the deposit (50% of the total package price).
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event forfeit the full package price.
- One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least [60 days] notice, subject to availability.
Event Day
We arrive with adequate time to set up prior to the agreed start time. Any additional time beyond the contracted hours will be billed at our standard hourly rate, if available. Client is responsible for providing a safe, covered performance space and access to power.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disaster, illness, injury, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable substitute performer or issue a partial refund for services not rendered.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the total amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Media & Marketing Use
We may photograph or record portions of your event for portfolio, marketing, and promotional use (website, social media, WeddingWire/The Knot, etc.), unless you notify us in writing prior to your event that you’d like to opt out.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s own terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation governs that booking.
