MattyB Entertainment covers the whole evening. Live saxophone while people arrive, sax and vocals through dinner, then a full DJ and MC set after. One contract, one invoice, one certificate of insurance, and one person who knows what time the awards start.
How the night runs
Arrival and cocktails
Live saxophone over a backing track while people find each other and get a drink. This is the stretch that decides whether a room warms up or stays in its seats, and it is almost always handed to a playlist.
Dinner
Sax and live vocals at a volume people can talk over. Nobody should have to raise their voice at their own table.
After dinner
Full DJ set, with live saxophone dropped over the tracks once the floor is ready. Anything ever recorded is available, which matters when the room spans every age in the company.
The formal part
Awards, speeches, sponsor thank-yous, a retirement toast. Handled on mic, on time, so nobody from your team has to do it.
What your planner gets
Fully insured. Certificate of insurance provided on request, naming the venue as required.
One point of contact. You deal with the person who will be at the event, not a booking desk.
Volume you control. Dinner should sound like dinner. If the room needs it quieter, it gets quieter.
Dressed for the room. Black tie to resort casual, whatever the invitation says.
Run sheet handled in advance. Timings and cues agreed before the night, not improvised during it.
What it costs
Corporate events use the same structure as weddings. $1,000 covers a single set — arrival and cocktails, or dinner. $2,500 covers a full event up to 3.5 hours. $3,500 covers a full night up to 6.5 hours. Live saxophone, live vocals, DJ and MC are included at every level.

Can you handle announcements and awards?
Yes. MC duties are included — introductions, speeches, sponsor thank-yous and the running order.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, on request, naming the venue as required.
Can you keep it quiet enough for dinner?
That is the normal request and the easiest one to meet. Volume is set for the room.
Do you take requests on the night?
Yes. Running the DJ booth as well as playing live means a request can be honoured in the next song rather than the next set.
How much does corporate event entertainment cost in Southwest Florida?
Packages start at $1,000 for a single set, $2,500 for a full event up to 3.5 hours, and $3,500 for a full night up to 6.5 hours. Most corporate and club events land between $1,500 and $3,500. Recurring bookings are quoted separately.
How far ahead should we book?
December through April fills first. Weekday dates are often available later and are priced lower.
